About Me
I am a professional proofreader based in Lincolnshire. I am an Associate of the SfEP (Society for Editors and Proofreaders) and have gained a Pass with Merit with the Publishing Training Centre in their Basic Proofreading Course.
I have worked in Social Services and the National Health Service for the past 13 years as a Contracts Manager.
I worked in partnership with the voluntary, public and private sectors. My work included writing and verifying contracts, evaluating tenders and substantial proofreading and editing of contract documents (checking for consistency of language, data, numerical ordering).
